Hello Neighbors! Please join us for the February HPCC Community meeting tomorrow evening (2/16), 7pm, at St. Andrew's Church. Our City Councilwoman, Deb Gross, and our State Representative, Ed Gainey, will be sharing updates from City Hall and the State Capitol, as well as taking questions. Green Rocks Fitness will also be presenting on how your metabolism works "in a nutshell" and how to provide your body and mind with the proper food, movement & recovery to optimize health.
