Dear Neighbors, A friend of mine is seeking a 3 bedroom apartment or house to rent in the near future. She would like the kitchen to have a gas stove, or the possibility of installing one, and she also has a (very well trained) dog. Other than that however, they are pretty flexible, and I believe they would make great tenants.
