The article does a nice job of explaining the possible long term and widespread impact of this bill.  Please know that I work with kids who have experienced abuse and trauma so I am aware of and fully support some of these changes.  This article also addresses how this law could be interpreted to place more legal barriers in pre-trial discovery for the accused. Victim’s rights are important and so are those of the accused.
