[Highland Park] Did anyone see who vandalized my fence/property between 4-5 pm Thursday afternoon?
Again, my fence was maliciously vandalized today. 6 slats were torn from my fence between 4:15 - 5:00. I live across from Fulton School at the corner of Hampton and N. St. Clair. Of course, I filed a police report, but nothing can be done. No need to respond that it's my fault for living across from the school. Tell that to my dead parents.
