Hello all, I know that the city has announced Trick or Treating is on for 5-7 but has anyone thought about the numbers? Being on Highland we get a ton of kids. Do people think it will be about the same this year? More? Less? And what are the ideas for keeping the handing off as safe as possible? I have seen the PVC pipe with the skull at the bottom, any other thoughts? Thank you! Melissa
