Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to live with me in the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Walnut Capital's Hobart Court apartment in Squirrel Hill. About the place: Total rent is $1318 which we would split evenly. Rent includes A/C, water/sewage, trash and free off street parking nearby. Laundry in building. Electricity and internet is separate so I'm thinking about $700 per month in total with rent and utilities. Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Schenley park, free shuttles to Pitt, CMU, and Bakery Square through the rental company. Beautiful natural light since there are big windows in the living room. Available to move in June 11th. It is not furnished but I would be willing to split cost of cheap furniture. About me: I am a 27 year old female doctoral student at Chatham. I have a super friendly cat so I hope you aren't allergic. I also have a boyfriend whom I anticipate coming over occasionally. I plan to spend the days out of the apartment and evenings cooking/meal prepping, studying, and/or sleeping. I'm clean, respectful, bubbly in personality, quiet, non smoker, light social drinker, lover of sleep, and non drug user.
