I'm having new outdoor cement steps installed and the contractor will not allow hand rails/posts to be set into the steps. He recommends the installation of the posts and rails be done after the steps are completely cured. Just my luck, he does not supply or install the hand rails.... Does anyone have recommendations on who to contact to install hand rails and someone that can provide a choice of hand rails? (wrought iron, wood etc?)
