I found a black and white cat crying and I have given it shelter in my home. It looks healthy but has no collar. I live on Portland st. To be more descriptive of it: It is mostly black but has a white neck. It's paws are white. The front two look like little white mittens and the two hind legs look like white boots.  You can call me on my cell at 412-952-5840.
