Hi Neighbors, Below is a list of the large items I'm looking to sell before I move from Pittsburgh at the end of October. I have also attached pictures for you to review. A convertible sofa that is covered in a tan twill fabric. It measures 76" wide and pulls out into a full-size bed. It is in excellent condition and is less than 2 years old. I have had a throw on it since it was new. Selling price is $225.00/OBO which includes a set of sheets (used once) and a cotton blanket (never used). 2. A double-dresser from "Pottery Barn". It is solid wood and honey oak in color. It has 8 drawers and measures 66" long, 20" deep and 35-1/2" high. It's in excellent condition. Selling price is $250.00/OBO. 3. An entertainment credenza from "Sauder" that is less than 2 years old is dark oak in color. It has 2 shelves and 2 drawers. It measures 43-1/2" wide 18-3/4" deep and 21" high. In excellent condition, the selling price is $100.00/OBO. 4. An island/buffet that has a black painted base and solid wood butcher block style top. It has 2 drawers and 2 cabinets. Each cabinet has an adjustable shelf in it. The island/buffet can be wheeled around because it is on casters. It is less than 2 years old and is in excellent condition. It measures 43" wide (across the top) and if you include the 2 handles on each side (which can be removed) it adds another 6" making it around 49" wide in total. It is 17-1/2" deep and 35" high. The selling price is $175.00/OBO. 5. A three-piece carpet set that includes an area rug 9' 6" by 7' 6"'; a runner that is 7' by 2', and a doormat that is 20" by 32". The predominant colors in the rugs are a light tan (almost ivory), with shades of brown, green, a bluish gray, and burgundy. Less than 2 years old, all three rugs are in very good condition. Padding for all 3 is free. The selling price for the set of 3 is $60.00/OBO. 6. A solid cherry "Butler" style coffee table measuring 40" wide, 28" deep and 17" high. In good shape with a high polish. The selling price is $30.00/OBO.
