It is time to spread the protective mulch around the SuperPlayground. There is one huge pile of Fibar mulch that is waiting to be spread (to a depth of 12 inches I am told). Saturday May 12th from 9 am until it is done, everyone is welcome to come up and help. Kids are welcome in addition to adults. Looking to tire your kids out? This is the time and place. We will have a bobcat to help move the mulch, along with wheelbarrows, rakes, and brooms. The weather looks to be beautiful--partly cloudy and only in the 70's. Take an hour or two and come up to the SuperPlayground and help out. You dont need to be there at 9, as it will probably take several hours to get all the mulch spread. The SuperPlayground is the community-built wooden structure near the reservoir. If you need directions, let me know. This is being done in anticipation of the Sweet 16 Party and Rededication of the SuperPlayground on Saturday June 9th from 11 am to 2 pm. Of course everyone is invited to join in that day also.
