I have called the city's 311 to request help. The home is vacant. The back yard is now overgrown and filled with vegetables growing from seed from the last 30+ years of intense gardening. The rodents are multiplying and the ground hogs are now taking up residence under my deck. I don't want to call out anyone by name on this listservs. But if you knew the elderly gentleman, Italian, last name starts with Di. Please let his family know that the health department has been called as well as animal control. The inspector is trying to locate the family. Thanks!
