Hello Neighbors We were walking our dog today on Portland between Hampton and Bryant when a dog escaped from its porch and viciously attacked ours.  The owner came and pulled the dog off, but our pup is at the emergency vet getting x rays.  We hope she will be ok.  I know I will not be walking on that block again.  Just a warning.
