Neighbors: We are close to finishing what has become a major rehab project at 5552 Avondale Place. We have completely gutted the interior of the building and redone all the mechanicals (plus anything else that got in the way) as we have created three luxury style apartments. We will have two completely new units available August 15th, and could use your help in renting them. One apartment is a 1 BR which rents for $600/month + utilities. It has cherry hardwood floors, tons of recessed lighting (and natural light), an open and spacious kitchen, loads of ceramic tile in the bathroom, and a large bedroom with plenty of closet space. The other unit is a 2 BR, renting for $850/month plus utilities.
