This is a thick, cozy, fleece-lined, waterproof jumper made by R.E.I. in a Toddler size 4T. Although, my daughter used it until she was five. The condition truly is perfect. This jumper completely zips down the full length of the left leg and has elastic snow skirts at ankle level. Wrist bands use adjustable Velcro straps and there are two hand pockets and an arm pocket. This outfit boasts REI's 'Growth Tuck' feature which can accommodate in-season growth by extending the length of the arms and legs, or...in some cases, can extend wear to an additional season, like in our case.
