Hey everyone, I was just notified by my cat's chip company, that someone named Katherine Flanagan picked up Casper and took him to Rivers Urgent Care thinking he was feral. Trying to reach her, but there is no answer with the phone number Rivers Urgent Care gave me. If anyone knows Katherine, could you please let her know I am looking for Casper and eager to be reunited with him! Perhaps I have the wrong phone number! Thanks, Pamela
