Wanted to give a report back on the vinyl tile installer recommendations that I got from the list. Mark Laughner - We had an appointment and he never showed up. Never called. Never returned my call asking what happened. Appt. was for 4/18. Brian Dickson - He showed up and took measurements, said he'd get back to me with a quote. Never heard back from him. Appt. was for 4/18. Paul Earnst - He called 40 minutes after appt time wanting to come over, with no good excuse for being late. He hadn't called to say he'd be late. I had confirmed our appt time earlier in the morning. Please be careful with recommendations and only recommend knowledgeable, reliable people. Thanks.
