Neighbors: I have a very heavily used bob stroller. The wheels are in good shape and the frame is not rusted. The fabric parts, as well as the straps, are not in the best shape. The place where the riders feet would rest has torn out (big brother liked to sit there and eventually tore it out). Great for a DIY repair project, or to harvest for parts.
