Hi neighbors, I have two little girls (ages 7 and 4) and they haven’t had their hair cut since February. We’ve been in full quarantine mode since March because my 4 year-old has Down syndrome and a heart condition that puts her in the high risk category. I can’t take it anymore. They need their hair cut. I’m appealing to our neighbors to see if you know anyone that’s been safely socially distancing and would be open to coming over and cutting my daughters’ hair in our backyard.
