Very nice apt - spacious, clean, and renovated in 2010. Close to bus on Highland and Negley, allowing ready access to Oakland and other East End neighborhoods. Quiet street. Available bedroom is large, with large closet and bay window. First floor of Victorian house has gas heat and central AC, newer w/w in LR, DR, hall, & BRs with tile floors at entry and in kitchen and bath. Kitchen has newer fridge, gas range, and a dishwasher. Ceiling fans in DR & BRs. Custom mini-blinds on windows and doors. Newer storm doors and Marvin windows with screens. Tenants share free w/d in cellar, fenced backyard, and large side yard with 2nd flr landlords. Space will be allowed for garden, if desired. One off-street parking space is included in the lease. Sorry, no pets. Rent is $437.50 plus electric. Gas and water/sewage included. Wifi for a small fee. We would like the new tenant to sign a lease with the current tenant through July 31st, 2012.
