It’s brand new and has never worked. Thor sent a repair person to diagnose the problem and he said there’s something wrong with the coil. IDK the specifics. Located in the alley (Thalia Way) behind our house on the corner of Portland and Bryant. Just grab it. We didn’t feel that it was appropriate to accept a “repair” on a never used appliance. Thor kindly sent us a replacement and said that we should do whatever we wanted with the defective cooler. We just put it outside and it hasn’t been exposed to the elements. It’s a lovely small appliance and we hope someone can get it working before the trash guys come on Monday.
