Skittish but friendly--walked into a neighbor's house with a mouse offering. He's tried several times to come into my house. Most afternoons he's in my back yard, either on or under the porch. Has taken out several birds from my feeder-- lots of feathers about. And I haven't seen my two pet chipminks for a while, I fear they were also turned into cat food. He's obviously able to feed himself-- but I worry about him being out and about, and wish to not have him kill off birds and chipmunks. Does he belong to anyone? Otherwise plan to 'tame' him, take him to the vet, and will have to see about getting him adopted-- I have two indoors only cats, one of whom is of delicate nerves. He's a lovely cat.
