This afternoon when I came home my wooden fence was burning. Sometime during the night or early morning someone must have thrown a burning cigarette out the car window into a pile of leaves.I hope it was this and not someone emptying a fire pitt or grill that still was hot. This alley runs behind n. St. Clair street. Cheryl
