[Highland Park] An Afternoon of Music
"Going for Baroque at St. Andrew's . . . ." Sunday, June 12, 4:30 p.m. All are invited to an afternoon recital featuring Barbara Lewis and Ellen Spondike, Peter Luley, David Durkop, and musicians from the St. Andrew's community in celebration of the acquisition of our new, two-manual French Harpsichord. Summer refreshments will be featured at a Reception immediately following the recital. All are welcome! There is no charge for admission, but a free-will offering will be received in baskets at the doors in support of the purchase of this fine instrument, which will greatly enhance the musical resources of the parish for years to come. Friends who would wish to join other "Angel and Archangel" Sponsors with gifts or pledges at the $1,000, $500, $250, or $100 level are asked to contact the Church Office (412) 661-1245 before noon on Friday, June 10, so that the sponsorship may be acknowledged with Memorial or Thankoffering attribution in the Recital Program. St. Andrew's is located at 5801 Hampton Street, between North Highland and North Negley Avenues, one block south of Bryant Street, four blocks south of the park, in the East End Pittsburgh neighborhood of Highland Park.
