Neighbors, I am asking everyone walking along Mellon Terrace (reservoir side) - from the middle of the block to the section where the buses park - to be on the lookout for a pair of dog tags. They belong to "Pearl." A metal, silver looking one is her name tag and has our telephone number. The other, yellow plastic, is her 24PetWatch.com ID tag.
