We will be there until 12 noon on Saturday. Hot chocolate and hot coffee will be available. There will be a full complement of farmers and other vendors at the market this Saturday. So a wide range of vegetables, fruits, eggs, cider and many others will be available.I got a message from Tim from Kistaco Farm letting me know that he will have 8 varieties of fresh apples, and fresh pressed cider. Yes, fresh local apples and cider in the dead of winter. He also sells mulling spices that are great to use when you warm up the cider. Warm cider is a great treat during these cold weather spells.I also want to let everyone know that Kistaco Farm carries a wide variety of bulk grains. You may not notice them because they sit on the shelves behind all the beautiful fresh fruit and vegetables. Tim buys them in bulk and repackages them for sale at the market. These are very wholesome and healthy items and are sold at very reasonable prices. Items include:* Rice (brown, red and of course white)* Harvest soup mix* Wheat bran* White flour* Oats (rolled and steel cut)* Rolled 7 grain* Quick oats* Corn meal (yellow and white)* Bulgar wheat* Unrefined sugar* Popcorn (blue and white)* Black sun seeds* Flax seed********************************************************** Please visit our website.
