Dear Neighbors: Our television system for DVR-ing a program does not seem to be working. Last night for the first time there was a message on the screen that seemed to imply that the storage was full. We tried deleting most of our recordings but it didn't help. In the last few months it has been hard to get stations to come in as well. Our dvr program is "Channel Master" which we have had for 5-10 years. But they don't support the product any more. We are pretty good with computer things but the 4 clickers for the tv and the pile of wires and cables involved with today's tv's feel so cumbersome. By the way, we do not have cable, by our own choice--we use a rabbit ears antenna. We just don' t need 300 stations. Does anyone have any ideas to restore our dvr capability? Or where we could go for help. HP used to have the SOS senior help system but we believe that it has been retired and probably did not do tv repair anyway. Thanks so much for listening ! Susan Ryan
