Hello Neighbors  Im contacting you to report a second sighting of a suspicious raccoon on the corner of ELgin and N Euclid Im not sure if he is rabid or not but he has been spotted at night and during the day . He also has almost no hair on his rear end Please be careful and watch your children  Not sure what to do in this instance except put out a warining Thank you LaVerne
