Hi Highland Park residents. I am a single 50-ish female who wishes to relocate to the Morningside or Highland Park area from the Mexican War Streets. I lived in Highland Park for a few years and grew up in the area. I wish to move back to the area, although the War Streets are great, I am not working downtown anymore so walking to work or having a one mile commute isn't important these days. I do not want a basement apartment, and I have my own washer and dryer, which may hopefully be able to be put into the basement for my personal use. I am quiet, very clean - to the point of OCD at times, LOL - but I keep my apartment well maintained and also look out for the property where I live. I would even consider an efficiency but would prefer a separate living room and bedroom with a kitchen, hopefully with a small second bedroom or office. Please contact me if you know of anyone wishing to rent this coming spring 2014. I have lived at my current residence for seven years, so I do not like to move. LOL. However, all of my family and friends are in the East End. An apartment over a large garage would be great too. A parking spot would be great too if possible. Pics would be great too. Thank you.
