An article in today's P-G highlights the efforts of the Highland Park Community Development Corporation with help from East Liberty Development Inc. in the "southwestern quadrant" of the neighborhood: 5 buildings on Mellon Street and one on North Negley Avenue are nearing completion in a project to revitalize this part of the neighborhood that goes back 11 years.
