for some reason rules that are put out for the improvement of the area --- are not meant for some people....... Yesterday when walking my dogs at the fountain -- there was a family there with their children splashing around in the fountain ---- someone else with their dog in the water.... it seems that someone who does not like rules -- has removed the signs and throw them into the fountain ( of course face down) saying something to these people only brought the response " it's no big thing " ---- the second problem -- and this is becoming more common ---- people walking their dogs in the park without leashes ----- again the city ordinance does not apply to them ...... I guess those of us who follow the rules -- where not lucky enough to get a dispensation from them......
