Greetings Highland Park! As a participant in the Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience (PULSE) for the 2010-11 year, I would like to cordially extend an invitation to all to attend our annual celebration and fundraiser, PULSEations, which will be held Friday, April 15, 2011 from 6:30pm to 9pm in the Union Project (801 N Negley Ave). PULSE brought me to not only the wonderful city of Pittsburgh, but also to this wonderful neighborhood, where I have been able to spend the past seven months living and serving. I have really enjoyed my time here, meeting people through Knitters and Crocheters, events at the UP and tree plantings, including the very successful planting this past Saturday.
