Dear Friends and Neighbors, This coming week only, Foundational Yoga will be on* Monday, March 3 *at the Nuin Center at 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (change from Tuesday March 4) If Monday is inconvenient for you, I can host a few students in my home studio Tuesday morning, which is next to the Nuin Center.
