Hi Neighbors, I have one bedroom in a 3-floor house for rent available around mid-Feb. The room is on the 3rd floor. It's only available to males. Location: Collins Ave and Jackson Street, Highland Park area, very quite and nice. You can take 71B to CMU or Pitt for only 20 minutes on ride. Rent:$225 / Month including water / hot water. You need to pay electricity (about $20 / person.month) and gas (about $20 / person.month except for winter -- in winter the gas would be up to $40/person.month; in summer it may low to $15). We have 15M Comcast Internet cable that would be shared by about $19 / person.month. You have full access to kitchen and bathroom. The room has a closet and a bathroom inside it. Laundry is available for free on basement, complimentary by landlord, who is a very nice Italian-American old couple and is living on the 1st floor of the house. The other tenants in the house are two very nice PhD students at Carnegie Mellon University, one will share the kitchen with you and the other is living at the 2nd floor who won't share anything with you. You can have a look at this room on any evening or weekend. No lease is required, but you should pay security deposit which is equal to monthly rent. Attached are a few photos of bedroom and kitchen.
