The Pennsylvania Resource Council <https://prc.org/> is providing opportunities for area residents to safely, responsible and affordably dispose of common household chemicals, so that those materials don’t wind up in landfill or waterways. Their first such collection of the year will be *on Saturday April 16* outside of PPG Paints arena, just outside of downtown Pittsburgh. Pre-registration is required.
