A young friend of mine left the Target pharmacy 2 days ago and had his packages/meds stolen from him while waiting for the bus on Penn Ave in front of the store. He did file a police report. He happens to be terminally ill, on oxygen and blind so he walks with his service dog, which makes this a particularly heinous incident.

Please be aware of who's around you and how they're behaving when you're leaving that or any pharmacy.

Hopefully, our Zone 5 police will take this seriously enough to review the camera footage from the store and track down this horrible person. If you'll mug a blind kid on oxygen, I'd say there's a fairly good chance that everyone else is fair game.
