The apartment is shared with one roommate (myself), a professional female; the third bedroom has a television with streaming Netflix, etc. Price includes all utilities, your share of WiFi and use of (free) washer/dryer. Engineered hardwood floors/no carpet in the unit; gas appliances. Storage space is available in the basement. There is a small, friendly dog on the premises; no further pets permitted. One month's deposit and first month's rent due upon move-in. Move in date flexible.
