6:30-9:30 PM. The menu is:
sweet cinnamon couscous with raisins, dates, apricots, and almonds
chicken bestial (layered phyllo pie)
Marrakech style lamb shish kabobs with tomato salsa and pita bread
Tagine of lamb
salad with oranges, dates, almonds and a citrus cinnamon dressing
Briouts (pastry)
mint tea.
