We have decided not to go forward with the selling of beer at this time. We are definitely not ruling it out for the future, but as for now, no beer. We are going to concentrate now on what I know best, FOOD. Over the next 12 or so months, my partner Sarah and I will be looking into ways to improve the store relating to food. We would like to have a couple more tables for people to sit down and eat. Also, we have coming a stylish selection or organic and premium ice creams. We are also looking into the feasibility of buying an oven for prepared foods and fresh baked goodies. I am ALWAYS looking for ways to improve the store, and honestly, right now I would rather do it with food instead of beer. There were a few other concerns about the beer license, but at the end of the day, I decided against it. The neighborhood has been absolutely wonderful to me, and we want to keep building on that.
