I had a very bad experience with Robert Higgs, for the record. I had leakage around my chimney, and the young man he sent up there, with an inadequate ladder, almost fell off my roof. I let them continue- but they did not fix the problem, though they claimed they had. I hired someone else, who accomplished the job.
