Below are the menus for the classes. Each class is $60.00. It
is not necessary to take all the classes in a series. The classes are
'hands-on', three hours long, and you will make and eat 6 dishes per
class.

Thai I: (2/6 from 1:00-4:00 PM)
chicken coconut soup, spring rolls with plum sauce, Pad Thai with shrimp,
cashew chicken stir fry, pineapple fried rice, and coconut flan with spicy Thai
bananas
Thai II: (2/13 from 1:00-4:00 PM)
Peanutty pork baskets, fresh spring rolls in rice papers, corn fritter with
a cucumber & peanut sauce, green chicken curry with a variety of vegetables,
green mango salad, and shrimp sates.
Thai III: (2/20 from 1:00-4:00 PM)
tom yum soup, panang beef curry, pesto salmon, spicy pork noodles with lime
leaves, pineapple salad with cucumbers, nuts, and shrimp, plus mango sticky
rice.

Chinese I: (2/8 from 6:30-9:30 PM)
beef sates, cold Szechuan peanut noodles, pork potstickers, egg drop soup,
Mandarin beef with snow peas and red peppers, stir fry of chicken with pears,
and figs in a sweet ginger sauce, white rice and tea
Chinese II: (2/15 from 6:30-9:30 PM
honey hoisin ribs, crab puffs with a blackberry ginger sauce, hot and sour
soup, lemon chicken, Kung Poa pork with vegetables, and vegetarian fried
rice.
Chinese III: (2/22 from 6:30-9:30 PM)
pork lettuce wraps, steamed chicken dumplings with a lime cilantro sauce,
honey walnut prawns with broccoli, egg rolls, vegetable lo mein and orange
beef
Chinese IV: (3/1 from 6:30-9:30 PM)
mango shrimp with show peas, red peppers and onions, pineapple fish, wonton
soup, mu shu pork, and general tso's chicken with broccoli
