She's an older white female Jack Russell with a blue and yellow collar with anchors and no ID . We called up animal rescue but we'll have her for now. We'll be taking her to the vet tomorrow to see if she has a chip. She is very sweet and misses her people.

She was walking down Negley toward Penn Ave near the Union Project in the center of the street where we found her.
