Dear Neighbors
You can also enter a complaint online: www.city.pittsburgh.pa.us/mayor/html/311_request_form.html.
If you have an iphone you can download "iburgh" at the App store. It is free and allows you take a picture of the problem and send it directly from your phone.

Whenever 311 has been impossible to get through I call the mayor's office to let him know that - 412-255-2626.
I only get a vm but then after 311 is easy to get through.
I would recommend doing the same.

No clue of city policy, but apparently there is a city graffiti task force, if you call 311, they send you
a form to fill out. I have had no success calling 311, but that's what's been passed on.

I haven't had a chance to look at it but I have experience removing graffiti. It comes of easier if it is pressure washed before it becomes hard. I own a pressure washer and would help if needed but I'm not sure of policy of city propriety. Paul ps. of no charge. |
