Spring is in the air, the birds are singing and Penn Circle South is now free and clear of construction!  It has been a long and rough winter for all of the merchants on Penn Circle South and we warmly invite you back to re-discover the unique and special offerings of our independently owned shops.

There is on-street parking on Penn Circle South as well a public and metered parking lot behind the shops.  To get to the lot, you can make a right turn just before Citizens Bank Drive -thru on Penn Circle South.  Look for the Parking Signs that will direct you to the lot. 

For your shopping convenience, many of us are open on Sundays!
