This Wednesday's class (6:30-8:30pm) will include methods, recipes, instruction and experience with pickling & fermenting methods and tools, as well as clarifying some of the similarities & differences and pros & cons of each method.
We will prep cabbage for sauerkraut, and taste some homemade pickled items as well!
Classes are $10/person. No cost for those on a limited income.
