The previous owner of my house was a coin collector, I think. Left behind is a set of Coin World newspapers from January 1970 thru September 1971. This was a weekly newspaper, so there are a bunch. I hate to throw things away, so I was hoping that there was someone who might be interested in having these for free. They are interesting to look at. You can read about the plans to create coins for the Bicentennial, the new Treasury Secretary and what the price of silver was. The newspapers are neatly tied with string in bunches sorted by month. In an old cardboard box that will probably fall apart if I lift it with the newspapers in. If no one is interested, I guess I will have to keep them for another 19 years.
