Your warning comes late for me. Harry Emmit had been highly recommended by a
couple of people on the list. A month ago I called him to fix a leak in my
garage. He pressured me into having the roof fixed that very day without
getting other estimates. I kept asking if the water might not be coming in
from the ground. He assured me that the roof repair would take care of the
problem. The next time it rained there was water in the garage again in the in the same place. 

He came back once after many phone calls, but not when it was raining. He acknowledged that

he needed to be there when it was raining, and said he would fix the problem. 

But each time I've called during a rain he hasn't answered and he has not returned messages. I've paid $500 for nothing.
