Thank you for saying this. I have a similar issue with this on North St. Clair and truly hope that our neighbor who is doing this would stop. This is not neighborly but quite very disrespectful. In addition, the trash collection employees will not dispose of the bags. Please don't use other people's bins to discard your trash. And, apologies for tacking onto this thread -- because I thoroughly enjoy this informative listserv!

Every Monday morning, someone is walking his dog on Sheridan street ( 800 block) and dropping his fresh dog poop in my empty garbage bin. And every single Monday morning this is happening !

Please stop doing this, it is so inconsiderate. Wait to reach your own home and trash bin to do so.
