Can be a single-family house, duplex or an apt; would like laundry in unit or access to onsite laundry. They need a lease that starts by July 1. 

Ideally, they'd like to find something close to where they work and live now (east liberty/friendship/bloomfield) but they are pretty open to considering any neighborhoods/locations in the East End, as long as it's within the City/Pittsburgh Public Schools.
