ALLEGHENY COUNTY ORDINANCE 11516-20 ELIMINATE THE USE “LESS LETHAL DEVICES”

Details:

An ordinance amending and supplementing the Allegheny County Code of Ordinances, Division 5, entitled "Health and Sanitation," through the creation of a new Chapter 600, entitled “Less Lethal Devices,” in order to protect the public health by eliminating the use of certain devices within Allegheny County.

Moved from Council to Committee on Health and Human Services before Council is to vote.  It originally was going to be voted upon today (Tuesday, June 23).

Committee on Health and Human Services will meet today (Tuesday, June 23, 2020) on this Ordinance.

Action:

Email or submit the form (see below for those links) to voice support for this ordinance to the general Council.  Even though the Committee on Health and Human Services is not open to public comment the Council hearing your voice on this is very important.
