When is Refuse Collected?
Weekly pick up
Place at curb no earlier than 7 p.m. on the night before collection and no later than 6 a.m. on the day of collection.
If you see it becoming a chronic problem, please call 311 and the owners will be warned and then cited. With warm weather coming (soon!), it will be important to adhere to the regulations.

Has there been a change in the time when trash is to be put out on Sundays? I have noticed trash in Highland Park being placed at the curb in the early afternoon. Just today I noticed some had it curbside before noon. |
